Kalgit[Wrap-over neckline] Frill Blouse

It’s a blouse with kalgit collar which gets narrower to the bottom. The cropped sleeves have frills and give off feminine vibe.  There are strings attached to both inside and outside of the sleeves which you can tie to create shapes.
